Knowledge Base

Peptide Research

Five years of accumulated study, distilled into clear briefings. Understand the science, methodology, and considerations behind peptide research.

Our research principles

How we approach every study in the lab.

Controlled methodology

Every observation follows a documented, repeatable protocol under laboratory conditions.

Purity verification

Compounds are characterised for identity and purity before any research application.

Transparent findings

We report what the data shows — clearly, and without overstatement.

Catalogue

Catalogue

Our current research catalogue, with indicative pricing where materials are available to laboratory purchasers. Enquiries are handled individually — contact us to confirm availability.

Laboratory research use only.

All materials listed are supplied strictly for laboratory research use. They are not medicines, are not licensed medicinal products, and are not for human or veterinary consumption.

Who We Are

About Us

We have been researching peptides for five years.

Vanguard Peptide Labs is a dedicated laboratory-focused resource built on half a decade of hands-on study. Since 2021, our work has centred on one thing: understanding peptides with rigour, precision, and honesty.

Over those five years we have refined our methodology, expanded our catalogue, and built a knowledge base grounded in careful observation. Our mission is to make peptide science clear, accurate, and accessible to the research community.

Research Use & Compliance

How our materials may be used, and the responsibilities that come with them.

Intended use

Every compound referenced on this site is supplied and documented for one purpose only: in vitro and other laboratory research carried out by suitably qualified personnel. Our catalogue exists to support method development, analytical work, stability and reference studies, and comparable investigative activity within controlled laboratory environments. It is not a consumer product range, and it is not presented as one.

Materials are intended for use by researchers, technicians and organisations that have the facilities, training and governance in place to handle laboratory reagents safely. Where an enquiry suggests an intended use outside of research — including personal use, resale for consumption, or administration to people or animals — we will decline to supply.

Non-medicine status

None of the compounds listed on this site are medicinal products. They hold no marketing authorisation from the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) or any equivalent regulator, they have not been assessed for safety or efficacy in humans or animals, and they are not manufactured to pharmaceutical (GMP) standards. Nothing published here should be read as a claim that a compound treats, prevents, diagnoses or mitigates any condition.

Descriptive text on this site summarises published research context so that laboratory purchasers can identify what they are working with. It is reference information, not clinical guidance, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical professional. We make no therapeutic claims of any kind, and we do not provide dosing, protocol or administration information.

Purchaser responsibility

Responsibility for lawful and appropriate use sits with the purchaser. By enquiring about or acquiring any material referenced here, the purchaser confirms that they are acting on behalf of a research organisation or otherwise competent laboratory setting, that they are of legal age in their jurisdiction, and that the material will be used solely for research.

Purchasers are responsible for confirming that possession, import and use of a given compound is lawful where they are based, for carrying out their own risk assessment before work begins, for maintaining appropriate records, and for disposing of surplus material and consumables in line with local regulations. Onward sale, gifting or transfer of material for human or veterinary use is strictly prohibited, and any such use falls entirely outside the terms on which we supply.

Handling and storage

Research peptides are sensitive materials and should be treated as laboratory reagents at all times. Lyophilised material should be kept sealed, dry, protected from light and stored at the temperature stated on its documentation — typically refrigerated for short periods or frozen for longer-term storage. Allow vials to reach room temperature before opening to limit condensation, and avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles, which degrade peptide integrity.

Reconstitution, aliquoting and any subsequent handling should be performed using aseptic technique, appropriate personal protective equipment, and suitable containment for the work being undertaken. Reconstituted material has a materially shorter usable life than lyophilised powder and should be labelled with its preparation date and stored according to the study protocol. Keep all materials clearly labelled, segregated from anything intended for consumption, and out of reach of anyone not involved in the research.

Research use only. All information and materials referenced on this site are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes. Nothing here is intended for human or veterinary use, or as medical advice.
